01 How do I book an appointment?
Bookings are handled online. Open the booking page, choose a listed service, select an available team member and time, then follow the prompts to complete the booking.
02 Which service should I choose?
The service page lists all current options with descriptions, durations, and starting prices. If two services sound similar, contact the shop before booking so you can compare the published options.
03 Do you offer children's cuts?
Yes. The menu includes a Kids Classic Cut U12 from $30 and a Kids Taper or Fade U12 from $40. Both are listed as 30-minute services.
04 Are the prices shown in New Zealand dollars?
Yes. Published prices are starting prices in New Zealand dollars. The Ombra booking flow confirms the selected service and current price before you book.
05 Where is the shop and what should I check before arriving?
Barber Spence & Co. is at 10/75 Bellevue Road, Brookfield, Tauranga. Check your Ombra booking confirmation for the selected appointment and contact the shop if you need help with directions.
06 What are the opening hours?
The shop is open Monday to Wednesday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. It is closed Sunday.
07 Which payment methods are accepted?

08 How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact the shop when you need to change or cancel an appointment, and review the published cancellation policy for any terms that apply to your booking.
09 Can I book directly with a particular barber?
Yes. Choose Spencer, Emi, Corey, or Juda from the team directory or profile pages to open Ombra booking with that barber preselected when available.
10 Are afterhours appointments available?
The public menu includes an Afterhours Men's Cut from $70 and an Afterhours Men's Cut and Beard from $80. Current availability is shown in Ombra booking.
11 Can I walk in without a booking?
For current walk-in availability, call the shop before travelling. Appointments can be booked in advance through the website.
